Septic System Design
For over 15 years, we've designed septic systems for homes, businesses, and everything in between across Pacific, Wahkiakum, and Grays Harbor Counties. We work with local health departments to make sure designs are approved the first time.

Wetland issues can stop a project before it starts. We help property owners, builders, and developers identify, document, and work through wetland constraints so projects can move forward.

Stormwater & Erosion Control
Some project are in or adjacent to a Frequently Flooded Area and larger projects need some form of stormwater and erosion control planning. We prepare the plans agencies and contractors need to keep projects moving.

Energy Code Consulting
Washington's energy code is one of the strictest in the country and the requirements change regularly. We help builders and homeowners meet the code without overspending on unnecessary upgrades.
