Service Area

A+ Design & Consulting proudly serves Pacific County, Wahkiakum County, and Grays Harbor County in Southwest Washington — providing environmental, land-use, and permitting services to homeowners, builders, developers, and commercial property owners since 2010.

Pacific County

We've worked across Pacific County since the day we opened. From the Long Beach Peninsula to the Willapa River, we know the soils, the wetland conditions, the shoreline regulations, and the people at the county health department and planning office.

Communities we serve in Pacific County:
  • Long Beach, Ilwaco, Seaview, Ocean Park, Nahcotta, Oysterville, Chinook, Naselle, Raymond, South Bend, Bay Center, Tokeland, Lebam, Menlo, Frances, and the surrounding rural areas.

Wahkiakum County

Wahkiakum County's mix of riverfront properties, forested lots, and rural acreage means most projects involve some combination of septic design, wetland review, and permitting. We work regularly with Wahkiakum County and the state agencies that have jurisdiction along the Columbia River.

Communities we serve in Wahkiakum County:
  • Cathlamet, Skamokawa, Puget Island, Grays River, Rosburg, Deep River, and the surrounding rural areas.

Grays Harbor County

From the coast to the inland forests, Grays Harbor County has some of the most varied terrain we work in. Whether it's a coastal residential lot, a commercial site, or rural acreage with wetland or stream features, we handle the design and permitting.

Communities we serve in Grays Harbor County:
  • Aberdeen, Hoquiam, Westport, Ocean Shores, Cosmopolis, Montesano, Elma, McCleary, Oakville, Copalis Beach, Pacific Beach, Moclips, Humptulips, Quinault, and the surrounding areas.

Why Local Experience Matters

Every county in Southwest Washington has its own approach to permitting, its own health department staff, and its own quirks in the regulations. After 15+ years of working exclusively in this region, we know:

  • Which county requires what — and how to prepare submittals that get approved without going back and forth
  • The local soil and water conditions — so septic designs and wetland reviews are accurate the first time
  • The people at the agencies — relationships built over a decade of doing this work in the same communities
  • The seasonal limits — fieldwork like wetland delineations and soil evaluations has windows, and we plan around them

This is what local experience actually buys you: fewer surprises, faster approvals, and projects that get built.

Outside Our Service Area?

We occasionally take projects in adjacent counties — particularly when they tie into work we're already doing in our primary service area. If you're not sure whether your project falls within our reach, give us a call. If we can't help, we'll often know someone reputable who can.
